looks like the ski was left with salt water in the engine,I'd say a different moter would be cheaper in the long run. Do the 1200 conversion.

yeah its pretty bad i have a couple of options now i have not purchased any parts yet. im sure i can find all the parts to build a new engine but im also gonna need to mess with the electrical box. so im torn do i go with i bigger more common engine. if i do go that way will the triple pipes fit on lets say the 1200 engine? and would i have to change out everything else? how much would a engine swap cost?

The 785 pipes would not be tuned for the 1200 and I don't think will bolt up.How much does it cost...that is all up to what you can find stuff for,and how much you can do yourself.

The pipes for the 785 is for the "Fuji" motor, and the 900, 1050, and 1200 are domestic type. So the pipes will not work.
