    Pro 1200 Impeller ????

I am just starting to learn more about my Pro's.

I came across A "Nujet Impeller PL-A7.5" for A good deal on E-Bay. What would this do if I were to install it on 1 of my 2000 Pro1200's??

Would it add top end, or lower end?

Over the winter I plan on building 1 of them up A bit. *New Heads, *Recurved cdi, *V-Force Reeds...Maybe some porting too(see how far I want to go).

    Thanks

It would be to much pitch for your engine. It would lower your top end rpms to much and over-work the engine. There are very few engines (even non-stock) that would ever be able to turn that impeller properly.

Scott's right, but if you do everything that you listed (heads, CDI, V-Force, porting) and eventually go with a 6* wedge and a Wat-Con or HotSeat rideplate... you just may want to have that 7.5 in your "back pocket" so-to-speak.

You would also need to add triple pipes to that list.

Yes I plan on doing all those but havent made mind up on the pipes though(I am on the fence), but you say"Wat-Con or HotSeat rideplate..." will that make that much of A diffrence?? What will it do for me?
    Thanks RiZ

CrazyA or anybody with the answer. What would that Wat-con or HotSeat ride plate do for my Pro1200??

    Thanks

Kinda hard to see past your avatar!!!

It will improve the handling, track a little better etc... but what I like is that they will allow a little more bow lift. (they have a little relief (upsweep) in them towards the rear) Combined with a 6* wedge, it makes for a nice little speed increase.

Wat-Con on the left, Hot-Seat on the right. (bottom of plates pictured)
