Water in Oil
well, started losing a little bit of rpms today, next oil pressure light came on and went to limp mode. I checked the dipstick and it was dry. Went to put oil in and when I open the cap it is heavy milky. Blown head gasket? 106 hours.

I just opened the black plug at the end of the little clear plastic tube under the intake box and a little bit of same sludge, (water and oil) came out. Why would oil be in intake section?

Your catch can routes back to the intake.
This route sucks from the CC via the valve cover
it is to insure your supercharger stays lubed up. Guess some
water vapor also got sucked up. Keep in mind
it's all in vapor form while your riding. Then it
turns to liquid when the temp drops.

running on the hose i can see water leaking at the gasket between the lower and middle exhaust manifold, the one with four holes? could this cause water in oil?

Yes, when changing the gaskets, please by all means, clean both surfaces really smooth and torque in sequence. While there it would be a good time to refill supercharger oil or change it. Did that about 4 months ago and been running well ever since. Also makes plugs last longer

well just got a call from the dealer. They say it is the oil cooler o rings leaked water into the oil. They are putting new, Supercharger, Intercooler, Exhaust Gaskets, Oil cooler. Will cost the warranty company $5,500. Glad I got the extended warranty

well, tested ski over labor day weekend and had same problem. Oil got milky again. Took it back to dealer. Now they say they found a crack in the head. So they are waiting on warranty authorization for a new head assembly, rings, and valve guides. What would cause the head to crack? Kawasaki told dealer this is a common problem???? 106 hrs.
will the extended warranty keep covering things or are they gonna reject the claim once it hits a certain dollar value? anyone have experience with this? still has 2.5 years left.

you guys in the states are lucky with your extended warranties just cost me in excess of $5000.00AU for a rebuild at 83hrs including a head.
