    ran higher octane today

    I ran 91 octane V-power in the slt750 today becuase regular 87 seems to run crappy...I must say it deffinatly idled better an throttle response was crisp..Is it ok to be upping the octane?

    Absolutely.

    In fact, 89 octane is the minimum Polaris recommends if the gasoline has ethanol.

    I run 91 octane because in my area that is the only gasoline grade that does NOT have ethanol (and that is only true for some of the brands).

    Tru. Im looking foward to getting out again tommorow after class an such...Its been a busy an rainy summer, so seat time is well needed.
