    Question speed sensor

I would like to get something that will tell me the true speed that I'm going on my jet ski. I've seen that several people are using some type of gps for checking speed. Where can I get one? Also I've seen a watch that is called the Ironman on ebay, and it says it will calculate speed and distance. Can I use that?
