    Reliability of SHO Cruiser 2008

How has everyone's SHO Cruiser held up agains some 2/3ft. chop running some fast speeds. Yesterday was the first day I have really rode my SHO-Cruiser hard. I had to run hard and fast to keep up with my buddys Formula while we were heading over to some boat races here in Va.. The wave were 2/3ft waves out here in the Cheseapke bay and I had to keep the SHO in the upper rpms to keep up. I tried not to hold it wide open during this run, but I know several times during the 10/15min trip it was close. Will this ski hold up to these elements of riding? Just hate running it that hard, but DAMN it was fun..lol Also, how do these motor-mounts hold up to some of the rough stuff? Is this an item to keep an eye on on these 4-strokes?

Yamaha names their skis "wave runners" for a reason.

In standard form their designed to be "Given a floggin".
    So do just that.
    You'll break before it does.

Pump Tunnel Reinforcement is a must if you gonna ride her hard off-shore in the chop. It cant handle the extreme pressures generated with the constant on-off hook-up!! Once you get that put on, no worries bro, you can ride the s**t outta her.
