    Welcome

    No need to plead

Has it always done this, or is this something that is a new problem?
How long have you owned this machine?

Any service history that may be related to this problem?

Check the connection between the Red/Purple wire for the CDI module (and only the CDI module), and the Orange wire from the LR module.

There was a service bulletin that covers this.

    Service Bulletin PWC-00-05
Move CDI Red/Purple wire to Orange terminal for reliable engine restarts

Applies to all domestic engine Polaris PWC, two and three cylinder engines 1996-2000 (and possibly some 2001)
All later domestic engines were wired this way from the factory.

    Virage TX 1200 Starting Problems

It has been doing this for about amonth now. I can start it easily after first launch, ride it for a while or just shut it off and I have to wait for it to start again. I did notice that my bilge pump fuse was blown, so I replaced it and thought that solved my problem, but it happend again the next day. by the way, what does the box that you are talking about look like. Thanks

    LR module looks like this;

CDI module looks similar, but a little larger.

Both should be located inside the electrical box, which is also where the spark plug wires come from.

do you know of any diagrams for this jumper wire repair
    Why was the CDI changed?
What part number was pulled out, and what part number CDI was installed?

Anything else changed at the same time?

Compare the wiring inside the electrical boxes between the one that runs, and the one with the problem.

Not all domestic CDI have the problem with warm restarts, but all can have the service bulletin applied.
