Good deal or no?
I have a chance to buy a 1992 Seadoo XP in mint condition.. less than 60hrs. Comes with a trailer, life vest, 4L of oil and a few other items for $1100.00
I'm planning on selling the trailer as I just bought a 2 place. So in a sense I would only be paying 800-900 for the "doo".
Good deal or not?

in my opinion, just a few hundred more dollars and you can find a 1996xp with the poweralve motor and larger displacement and electric trim.
I would assume you can find a 1996xp in the area of 1500-1900 dollars.

well, if I had one and could sell it for that I would. one thing is parts are hard to find and every part on it is 18 years old.

How do you know it only has 60 hours? There is no hour meter. 17 years old and only 60 hours?

At this point im only going off his "word", I'll find out if he's full of it tomorrow when I go check it out.
My only concern is it will be too under powered to have any fun. Although its for my 15yr old son and wife and they are both learning to ride.
I do have a chance to buy a 95 XP but it currently doesnt run so im a little gunshy about doing that one.
