Genesis I 2001 no power in water

Genesis I 2001 has no power in the water revs to 7000 or so on trailer but only 3000 on h2o and misses and stalls with idle. replaced flywheel and stator no codes. got some ideas?
magnet from flywheel ko'd old stator replaced stator. ran diagnostics no error codes was just dropping voltage to injectors at high rpm. this was with old flywheel )just a tiny piece was missing and didnt have a new one to put on at the time....replaced flywheel and getting the same results.
no problems before this. unit has 144hours. Help

    Welcome

The injector voltage is now stable at all RPM?

    Was the CPS sensor replaced?
Sometimes the flywheel magnet debris also damages the CPS, which sits right above the flywheel.

    Engine compression checked?

Has the TPS sensor ever been replaced?

TPS electrical connector can cause problems, check, clean and tighten the metal pin sockets

    Ficht TPS versions, sources

Don't have easy access to the software(150 mile drive). will need to get a new tps to check it out. hate throwing money at problems when there is no improvement......I cant help but think if there was a problem with the part tthe computer would have pointed it out. all sensors fuel pressure etc has been tested and are within spec.

Was this engine repaired by a dealer recently?
Did it work properly after the repair? For how long?

    Software, computer?
None of the checks I listed require a computer, just a multi-meter, compression gauge, or fuel pressure gauge.

The EMM self-diagnostics do not flag every possible component problem, and neither does the Polaris diagnostic software.

Ohm check the CPS coil, should be under 200 ohms, typically around 140 ohms. If the CPS shows any signs of physical damage, think about replacing it.

The TPS can fail and produce strange symptoms. Easiest check is to install a different TPS, and see if the problem changes, or goes away.

Checking the TPS on the workbench does not always produce reliable results, in the absence of engine vibration and heat.
