New prop, rpms down, what can i do?

So i just got a new prop on the RXT-X, i went for the Solas 15-22R. It gives me about the same top speed, but my rpms went down from the usual 8160 to 7900rpm. So, i guess this prop still has some mph to give if i can get my rpms higher. What do you recommend? I was thinking of geting the performance power filter, intake grate and the rear exhaust kit. Will this be enough?

I do a lot of rough water riding, so i don't want the pump wedge...

Prop the only mod? Put on a different grate, do a home made 4inch intake. get the RPMS back up.

It would be more than enough. You'll be happy with the results.
