Different hull, gauges, steering & slightly different top deck. The SHO has a larger rear storage & comes with cruise control & no-wake mode.

Just to add, the front storage compartment is larger too I believe, as the SHO has a taller front deck.

Also, the swim up step is larger/longer on the SHO than the FZS. You can run a Thru the Hull Exhaust with the FZS and still keep the step. You would have to remove or relocate the step mounts on a SHO to run the Thru the Hull. Both Boats are the same length though and the SHO weighs like 13 more lbs or something than the FZS.

    FZS V SHO

The hull is the main difference. The FX SHO hull design is a few years old while the FZ is the latest.
Yes there is less storage space and less / different features with the FZS... it is marketed more as a sports pwc....

You really need to test ride both models... you will then see what suits you best...

Come on, you can't compare an FZ to a Mustang...a car that can barely turn a quick corner because of it's outdated live axle rear suspension. I'd say it's more like comparing an M5 to an M6.
