thats great my dealer told me that ALL dealers must fix this as per orders from Bombardier! even if your warrenty is up this is a design flaw in the ski! if some dealers wont honor this be sure to contact bombardier and let them know

My dealer also told me Seadoo was going to cover it. Only bad thing is the ski has been with them since July 14th and not supposed to get it back till around first week of September.

Damn that sucks. It is good we dont have to pay, but if we were doing it ourself we could get them back in the water sooner. Fortunatly I have another ski (06 RXT) to ride.

So what exactly is the fix Sea Doo is doing? covering the insdie of the tunnel? Are they drilling it out and removing the soft core between the layers? Heck I have allready reinfoced my tunnel inside by layering 3 layers of carbon fiber using Wests Marine Epoxy

Can your dealer get that in writing from Bombardier?
I have not had any issues but when I asked my dealer about it, they claimed there were no issues.

As far as I know they are repairing the crack in the tunnel and re-inforcing the inside, dont know if they are drilling it out.
