How can you accuratly measure the horsepower of a jetski? Is there an engine dyno that can load the motor?

From what I've been told the 05-08 had a tad bit higher compression that resulted in the 5hp bump, So I'd say at least 5 flywheel hp. I would imagine the torque would have a greater gain or at least rise much sooner.

    Call RIVA (954) 247-0705

They brag about extensive dyno and water testing, they will be able to tell you the exact increase.

Oh, ask them about the dyno thing too.

    heads

dave, where i,m going with this is 1-2 punch combo in the spring , r&d heads with efi controller, r&d says the gpr "runs lean" do to emission standards of a 2-stroke, that i,ll bring in more fuel with a controller, andy ,since i,m not making the ski heavier would,nt the compression boost create more?

Call RIVA, ask them to fax you a dyno sheet of a stage 2 05-08 GPR.

yes there is a dyno that attaches to the pump or takes the place of one, something like that...

    C`mon Dave another bozo post...
your going gain faster acceleration with a higher compression, more snappier throttle response. one mod alone won`t do it bro, it`s all in the combo...

isn`t there a piece of wood waiting for you to Mod!!!
