Stage 2 overheating- The saga continues!

Many of you know I have been battling high temp issues for sometime. I have tripple checked every water line and FULLY cleaned my intercooler many times. My pump is fine with no leaks and all my connections are perfect. Since having this problem I have drilled out my water restrictor two sizes, drilled out my j-pipe holes two sizes, capped off my rear exhaust cooling line for more flow, changed water boxes, and changed sensors EIGHT times. After each adjustment I would ride only to get another high temp, and once the high temp starts it keeps coming back. Well yesturday I found a temporary solution. I plugged off the flush tub thus not allowing the water from the j-pipe to exit via that route. It worked to my surprise, but the ski felt a little sluggish although it still turned 8100rpms. It is also quieter? So the questions of the day are:
    1- Why does it work?
2- Obviously this is not how it should be, so what do I do now?
    3- Is it robbing power?

It works because you are pushing more water thru your waterbox.

If i had to guess you have a broken baffle in your waterbox restricting your exhaust exit.

I just changed waterboxes because of a baffle issue. As for the additinoal water in the box, does this slow me down?
BDNJ says its holding him back.

Did you ever unplug the flushing line? If you did unplug it did the h-temp alarm go away with the new waterbox or are you running with a plugged flush line now?

Have you bypassed your intercooler yet?

Pale, Were you the one who split the cooling lines?

I'm thinking of this, that way if the intercooler becomes clogged it won't stop exaust cooling.

That looks good, but you used the OPAS from your gtx sc. I would need to T off the one water line comming into my rxp. Not too hard, but I was hoping you already had it all figured out so the flow to both exaust and IC was equal.

My plan was to use someone else's R&D, just pick up the parts and install
