    oil types

i currently am using the quicksilver premium plus 2 cycle outboard oil in my skis. my neighbors are complaining about the smoke when i run them on the hose for 10 mins each time i ride. going to premix is not an option, as i almost always have to fill up on the water. is there any oil i could use that would smoke less?

oh yeah! I never used the interceptor so I can't say anything about it I have only used the injector and it I liked it. I now run Maxima Castor 927 but that is for premix only

Either will help cut down on the smoke. You can get away with using the HP Injector oil on those skis. http://www.amsoil.com/redirect.cgi?z...storefront/hpi

today i added 1/2 tank of the interceptor to my oil, the rest of it was the quicksilver plus. it is smoking a little less, hopefully it will cut down even more once the quicksilver is fully gone.
