1999 Seadoo gtx 800 rfi runs rough

I just bought a 1999 gtx 800 rfi from a seadoo dealer that said it needed rebuilt because it had low comprression in one cylinder.I'm not sure if they checked or if that was what they where told.I brought the machine home thinking it needed a rebuild.I check the compression hot and cold and there both 150 psi.The machine starts but had a fouled plug.I put new plugs and revs decent on the traliler but idles rough.I drained the gas and put 5 gallons of preminum and a can of seafoam.I have not had a chance to take it for a ride. Is there a fuel filter in this gtx? Anybody have any Ideas.I checked the rave valves and they are clean. The machine has 56 hours on it and appears stock Thanks for any help

not sure about your model, but maybe it has a fuel filter like the rest,(hardly doubt it) remove your storage bin and look kinda under your steering columm. follow the fuel lines. i hope this helps, good luck
