    Question gp1300r slowing down

hi I have a 2003 gp1300r with a rebuilt sbt engine with about 12 hrs on it. the ski has 40. I got the ski out of the shop last year and used it once. I used twice in june and than was able to get on the water a couple more times in august the last time i had it out it ran smooth for about a half hour than stalled(no warning from dash) started it back up ran for half a min and dies. After a couple of mins started it back up and made it to shore at a idle, will bog at anything faster. I do know that the cooling system is working good, there is oil in the oil tank I believe it is still mixing it because on the trail it sounds like a 2-stroke nice and smooth. there is spark to all plugs, like i said it was ranning find the hand full of times i took it out just this last time it started to act up.

Any suggestions on what could cause the problem would be great any suggestions to fix the problem would be awsome.

Compression test first thing. Has the cat con been replaced with a D plate yet? Oh, great to have you here on GH. Also, there are some safety issues you need to address with the GPR. Please use the search feature on here and have lots of hours of good reading.

oh man i just check them and the cyclidnar in the front has no compression. the other two where at about 125. The next step is two see how bad it is in side. I have notice links to a repair manual on other posts but when i tried to open it its expired. i was wondering if you know of such a link. also if the cooling system is working it would have to be oil not getting to that cyclindar right??
p.s. I do not believe there is no d-plate (all stock) what is a d-plate?

Do you have a Warranty with SBT? I would call them if you only have 12 hours on that motor

Check your oil line on #1 carb to see if its still on.
