    2003 Seadoo XPDI

    DELETE!!!

Just got back from getting towed in from the Coast Guard on Vancouver Island. Machine broke down again with a new problem. Air Injector is coming up on BUDS/Scansea as faulty on the mag side. I checked ohms for both air injectors and they are at 14.2-14.3 which there spose to be up near 17v.

Anyone with a DI model should really invest in a portable/ handheld buds computer/scansea controller which I have because these boats break down every month.

Anyways I can't seem to find anyone that has one of these sensors instock. If you do let me know. I have never had this problem before and I am guessing the machine is getting old and needing to replace all sensors.

Never buy a DI there full of problems!

That's funny, my 03 XP DI is the best ski that I have ever owned. There is no other ski that I would trade it for. It is fun, light, and has instant throttle response. Awsome range and fuel economy. I love mine.

Ya well your's isn't a money pit and spent most of its life in a shop getting endless work done to it to only come to the lake and break down over and over again. I have learned that hours and hours with this kind of machine is useless without a Diag reader. I love the machine for its fuel range, light, and good looks but I would rather have a old running machine then a good looking junk machine.

The machine is near brand new again accept some sensors but if I replace these last sensors and it doesn't work then I'm out another grand plus labor and for what winter is right around the corner. Paying for the fuel sensor/pump was a nasty fuel expense already and all other sensors were good so off to the lake and sure enough something else went wrong.

We will see the outcome tommarow thank god.

air injectors run aobut $200/each=$400 at retail, so your gonna let them charge you $600 for the install, which takes all of about 15 minutes, including a hookup to BUDS. Man you are super duper stupid
