Question on Trailer Modification
I have been thinking of buying a 3rd ski and have the delima of how to transport them all.
I currently have an 05 Yacht Club trailer that has a lot of work done to it.
I had to have a new double in a pinch so I got this one.
I had all the brackets welded as their design sucked.
I added a third bunk support and had it all welded.
Then I did not like the axle so I added a torrision axle and not I really like it and it tows really well.
My thought is to cut the front of it and add around 5' to the trailer by slipping a smaller tube into the frame and welding it up and adding a second torrision axle and have a custom 3 place trailer and it would only cost around $1,000 to do it all.
A question for you welding guys, would finding a slightly smaller square tube be easy or would one have to be made and either way would it hold up to the weight of an RXP, FZR and GSX?
Or just sell it and find a good 4 place with torrision axles and modify it for 3?
Here is a pic of it.

1.Remove your gas rack and storage box!
2.Weld a ball to the back of that trailer! Can you do that in your area? We can do it here? Florida. Lee

I would remove them if I made it a 3 place and put them on the sides.
Thought about towing a single but I bet it would get old doing it every week.
