    Carb Cleaning time

Hey guys I'm going to pull the carbs off my SL1050 and clean them. I have read through the procedure but wanted to hit you all up for any tips/tricks that some of you might have. The ski runs great but after 12 years I'm sure it wouldn't hurt go through them. It's been hard to start for the first run of the day so I'm hoping this fixes that.

Is there anything special that needs to happen with the oil lines running to the carbs?

Replace them with new hose, all the way back to the oil tank.

    Replace the oil filter too.

What kind of tubing is it and where can it be purchased? Local auto parts store didn't have anything like it.

It is just clear fuel line.

I think it is 1/8" inside diameter from oil pump to engine.

Don't clearly recall at the moment, but I think the line from oil tank to filter and pump is 1/4" size, but I may have that wrong .

Where can I get replacement fuel and oil hose?

Make sure the clamps are in good condition, and properly clamp onto the replacement hose.
