Look what you could be charging. Don't answer any questions until we pay!

Personally, I like it the way it is... members helping each other for free. If GH starts charging membership fees, it then becomes more of an administrative burden. Someone has to be paid to offer all that premium help, and then... what if that premium help is wrong? Will the other members step in and be able to correct it?
GH system is best!

Back in the day....I went to brp first.....nothing even resembling a Q&A forum......found the GH next...and stopped looking elsewhere. I've heard of other sites...full of sht...pompous....asshats....and when those and those like minded come here....they're taken down a peg....or twelve.
A varied group of knowledgable folks here. I haven't seen too many questions go unanswered for long.....for free.

when i started visiting the site more often i actually looked for something similar to a premium membership... most online forums have this... and most dont have an online store linked to them... keeping this place running isnt cheap and i'm sure the online store helps pay the bill...
the grizzly forum i was on gave you access to a service manual and discount codes to various websites... i became a lifetime premium member for $40... i think a year membership was $20.
i didnt mind donating to help keep the site up in return for getting a service manual and discount codes that would pay for themselves in one use on some products
a free membership on the site had all access to all information except a private forum where rules were a little more lax... no service manual... and no discount codes.... so it wasnt like you had to have a membership to gain useful information...

After visiting that site I've got one thing to say....there are a lot of lost people there....including the moderators.
