Impeller "Racing Finish" shine
I need to get my other impeller cleanup from rocks, and repitched with about 150rpm tweak. Currently it's a 14/19.
Impros does a "racing finish" which puts a shine on it. I've usually done this in the past but does it really do anything ?
I can see where the "recreational finish" which is grainy would provide more "grip" but I could see where the shiny would slip the water and push more"katana style".
Is the racing finish worth it for top speed/acceleration...

no i saw no diffrence in the finishes -- biggest problem for me was getting my impellers back in a timely manner

i am not i understand what had happened to him -- he told me on the phone -- and i fully understood -- but it still took over 6 weeks to get the impellers done after he received them -- he did a great job and i can not say enough about that -- but after getting 3 calls from his shop saying one thing and nothing happening -- it is what it is -- i know if i did the same i wouldn't be working now
