    Pre-mix help

I just finished converting my 2000 GP1200R to pre-mix among a couple other mods. I rigged the straps on the fuel tank so that i could take the entire oil system out (tank included). How do i get the ski to stop thinking that there is no oil? The beeping is driving me crazy lol. I tried searching other threds to answer my question but couldnt find anything.

what did you do with the probe that came out of the oil tank , most just ziptie the float all the way up so the ski thinks it is full. Ron

Welcome to GH. Yeah, just pull the oil sending unit out and zip-tie the floats in up position.

You can also cut the wires and solder the ends together. Been working for me for years.
