    Torque settings

    2005 GP1300R

Since I don't have a manual can someone give me the torque settings for the cylinder bolts?

Also do I need to use a torque wrench on the exhaust and if so what are the settings.?

One more question..... do I need to replace the gaskets in the exhaust or just the cylinder gaskets.

    Thanks

Given the fact that most of the bolts thread into aluminum, you should spend some money on a good torque wrench and use it. Otherwise you end up with lots of stripped bolt holes.

    Thanks,

Unfortunately the downloads wouldn't load. They seem to be disabled.

Once you click on the link and the page opens, you need to click on "free user" then they make you wait 50 seconds before you can download the actual file.
