I finally got the replacement motor today. It's a 1996 1100, compression was 115 all three cylinders before I took the top case off. Was told it had low hours, ran good, and fresh water use only very little. What do you guys think I should replace in order to be safe rather than sorry. I have already rebuilt the carbs and checked them again tonight and they all three have 35psi pop-off. I am blocking off the oil injection and using premix. Other than new plugs, new gaskets, new filters, new fuel lines, what else should I replace? Can anyone see in the pictures if I should replace the pistons and/or rings, or the cylinders? It looks good to me, there's no scoring on the pistons, rings feel OK, there's no scoring in the cylinders.
