    Turbo calculations for 400hp

Attached is the calculations for to help determine the correct turbo for a 4 stroke 1.5liter with a goal of 400hp

Ive gone thru this just a few times so dont shoot me if something is wrong, lol

the result is in order to obtain 400hp you need a Pressure Ratio of 2.6 and air flow of 35lb/min

on the charts if Im doing this correct a GT 2871 with 60 A/R is pretty ideal.. turbo efficiency is about 74.5%

there are others some a little less "laggy" keep in mind based on turbine full boost is obtained at about 17 lb/min or if i were to guess about 4500-5000rpm..

Anyways...just something to check out for those thinking of "going turbo"

also attached is my gt 28r turbo.. just to give a comparison

I have been trough a few of these flowcharts(gt2876r,gt3071r,gt3076r) and it looks like the gt2871r would be near perfekt in small lag and big horsepower,am i right on track here?
