Installing the 1994 750 motor into the 1995 slt!
Well after thinking it over for a while, Along with hours of riding both, I have decided to take the good running motor out of 94sl into the 95 slt. My decision was swayed by many things. The ride on the slt is like being on glass and never getting wet. Sliding around huge turns out into a huge slidddddddddddddde. If ya have one, you know what I mean! What a blast. the sl just doesnt cut the mustard there.
The slt has a deep v hull in it compared to the modified omn the sl. I can spin the slt around and ride it backwards! not to mention 360's and Flying over huge waves with little or no loss of control.
A reverse handle along with the side mirrors is a plus too. I,m going to be removing the oil system and the tank and just running pre-mix. the triple outlet pump routine for the gas with glass-replaceble filters and no water seperator.
Must check in-tanklines being corroded along with the fuel lines. I just got done getting all the grease and nastys in there out. i'll post pics as I go. I may need a lil help on this transplant. any help would be great. we'll see how things go.
