Should I rebuild these carbs or scrap them?

I just got a 2000 GP 1200R with a seized motor. Apparently there is a lot of corrosion to the motor even in the carbs. Should I bother rebuilding these thing or pitch them?

I think I will. The rest of the motor is the same. I can't even get the cylinders off. The inside of the case looks like it's full of sand and the crank is rusted shut. I'm looking for a new case, crank and cylinders as well as well.

The ski looks great. The hull has minimal flaws. The electrical is all in tact just the motor is trashed. I'm going to post some a want to buy list in a few days. I'm just waiting to hear from some folks on parts locally.
