99 gtx ltd ,wet spark plugs

New to this forum, looking for some advice.

I've got a 99 gtx limited. It runs great, quick out hole and pulls strong up to 50 mph. however I keep finding a drop of water on the spark plugs and milky sludge on the raves. both cylinder look the same. I've replaced the head-pipe/exhaust manifold gasket twice. It was leaking externally last time but appears good currently. I haven't seen any obvious of leaks. This has been going on since last summer, so far with no ill effects. I fog it pretty good after each ride, for what its worth. Its always dry after running it on the trailer.

So whats up? I know the gasket is notorious for leaking, the seadoo fix/boot around the gasket appears to be worthless but i put it on anyways. am i getting water through the carbs while jumping/ doing spinouts. there's never much water in the hull. Is there another place water can get to both cylinders?

    thanks

    jesse

pop the head off and have a look at the rubber gasket and see what shape its in. you can also have a look at your cylinder walls to see what kind of damage has or hasnt happened.

both time I replace the headpipe gasket is appeard to be leaking on to the carbs and getting in there. I never saw the leak only the crust left where the water evaporated.

i wonder if you have a hole in your exhaust pipe. have you inspected it? there are brass plugs that tend to rust out from the inside. are you running flame arrestors or the stock air box?

I looked over the head-pipe last time i did the gasket and it looked fine. the gasket had defiantly been leaking base on the crust around the top left bolt.

The head gasket needs to be periodically retorqued too.

I think the interval was evey 50 hours...

951 has a metal head gasket. It could still be leaking, though.
