RXP-X light surface rust on driveshaft

My '08 RXP-X has 15hrs on it and today I crawled underneath with a flashlight and noticed a small amount of surface rust on the driveshaft to the impeller near the impeller... Is this normal? it's the only rust on the entire ski that I can see... Anyone else's doing this? Should I worry? Ski has never seen saltwater...

This is perfectly normal. You run in Salt, then you can prolong it with propper before and after fogging or lube. Lube it up!!!

Yeah, pretty normal. You would have thought they would have made it out of something else that wouldnt rust as easily, but guess not.
