So if I believe to have a damaged impeller I shouldn’t buy the housing till after I take it apart and see if it’s damaged?

    Sound right?

Horus, you are the quickest learner so far - and thank you for switching to English.

Yes, I would wait until you pull it apart to see if there is any visible damage. If so, order a new one. Carl at Island Racing is where I've purchased mine, and he's in NY. Keep in mind, though, that you can have excess clearance between the impeller and housing as well. Use a feeler gauge to measure the clearance and let us know what you find. And welcome to GH.

Thanks a lot… I appreciate the help… I will post up this weekend when I have time to take it apart
