    That is a prime example of what happens if you have a ceramic disk disentegrate and fail to remove the particles from the engine. Eventually, the oil pumps failed causing a lack of oil to the #2 rod/main bearing so it went "bye bye"

    First it was the grey Tempo fuel lines..now it's the SC clutch washers.
    SeaDoo will never admit to there problems and there slow to fix them.

    I'm glad you chimed in with that, Jerry- 'cause that is exactly what I had formulated as my best guess as to what happened inside that motor. You could see that the center con-rod lower was hungry for oil because the journal turned blue from the heat... and the previous owner said that a SD dealer had done a exploding clutch repair job on it recently before the big bang. Very ugly- bad news.

    well I guess my engine is next on the waiting to blow list, remember Seadoo only paid to remove the front screen cover, many thanks to PPG for that one!...PR...

    No PR i belive steve bought an RXP with a blown engine. without his blessing i won't say much more.
