Sea-Doo still recommending mineral oil ?

On my 2006 RXT 215hp , is Sea-Doo still recommending using their regular 10/40 mineral oil - because of the supercharger washers ?
My dealer in Nevada said they've switched back to semi-synthetic blend ..

    Who's right ?

And, is it really necessary to do the dry cranking 3 times for 10 seconds to get a little more out ?

Seadoo switched to a new Semi Synthetic oil for all of their skis, including supercharged skis.

It's not necessary to do the dry cranking but you will get more oil out if you do
