You can get them right here

None are stainless though and none are titanium. There are titanium coated, but many can tell you that the coated washers tend to glaze over and start slipping after about 20 hours.

Non coated seem the way to go. We had 50 hours on a test set of non coated before they had to be shimmed.

Do the 06 RXP have metal washers in from the factory?

Different shaft assembly and the 06 washers are thicker.

03's would use the 04-05 spec washers so really they are 03-05 spec

wouldn't u need a new spacer then... bc the 03 kit is completely unique. i know alot of people have little experience with the 03 skis since this site was founded on the RXP and i would say 99% of the people on here dont have an 03 ski. there are no washers whatsoever on a stock 03 clutch kit so there's no clutch or washer to replace. the gear slips against the spacer, not a disk of any kind. the spacer is pretty wide to compensate for the lack of clutch disk is my understanding of it.

the thing that wears on the 03 skis is the gear itself... the spacer slowly grinds away at the gear. so when u lose performance, the spring washers expand quite a bit. u pull is all apart and there's a VERY noticeable amount of metal missing from the face of the gear that has worn away.
