WD40 as a Flame Thrower?
I saw this INSANE video on another forum, and suddenly panicked about whether it was a good idea to spray the stuff all over my engine?
Is WD40 flammable?
If it acts like this in a water pistol, could it ignite under the hood of the ski?
PS. Obviously Please don't try this at home.. The people in the video are obviously mad!

Without watching the video I can tell you it is very flamable. I won't tell you the things I did as a kid with it.

Or the things I still do. Spray water based silicone on the motor. WD40 is a solvent. Its also the best carpet cleaner known to man. Every carpet installer carries it with them.

Yup, got in serious trouble many years ago at a previous job for showing someone how flammable it was.
