Just recieved adjustable nozzle, something doesnt seem right

Just recieved my nozzle today with the adjustable rings. There is nothing to hold the rings in? Is this right? seems there should be something to secure them in the housing...

There should be 2 set screws... one on each side of the nozzle

The set screws are on the housing, and are very small allen screws. The set screws are NOT on the rings... The rings just look like metal rings! Not trying to insult your intelligence, just installed on my px and am trying to help!

Sounds like someone modded a stock nozzle to accept the rings... but forgot to drill and tap the set screw holes Should be a big deal... if thats the case! Find some 14/20 stainless set screws and drill and tap the nozzle... done!
