    1200 XLT GPS numbers.....

I was wondering what are the owners of 1200XLT seeing on their GPS.

I have a bone stock 2001 with about 70 hours on it and will gps it tomorrow. WHat should I expect?

Wife has XL1200 Limited GPS'd after I installed D plate and wave eaters at 59 MPH.
Still a dog out of the hole but she dosen't want me to make it any faster. Was conciderably slower when the Cat was in multiple pieces. Quite though. Ha

My wife used to have an XL1200 and loved it (still her favorite ski that she has ridden). I know if Yamaha dropped a decent 4-stroke in that hull, I would be writing a check the day it showed up at the dealer.

    Let us know the numbers.

Unless his discount coupon gets it down to about $500 I highly doubt it!

I do need suggestions on the rideplate or intake grate!! That thing sucks up sea weed like a MOFO! I've been riding it for the past 2 days and have gotten to get down in teh water to clear the grate like 50 times!!! It was the highest pain in the azz I have gone through!

Is there an aftermarket one that solves this problem?

My 04 XLt is gangbusters out of the hole since I put the 12/18 Concord on it, quicker than the GPR(before the Jetworks kit).
With milled head, plugged sealed R&D grate, 12/18, d-plate, I've 62.9 GPS several times.
