    RXP reverse bucket engages automaticly?

Sometimes on hard turns, my reverse bucket will drop (engaging the handle) all by itself. Sucks! Anybody have this problem? h

How do I fix the situation? Yes, my bucket is "cut".

It's not adjusted properly or the spring is missing/not connected. Where the screw attachs the cable to the reverse bucket, disconnect this and push the bucket in the up position ALL the way up...push the handle down ALL the way. Check where the screw hole lines up with the attachment on the reverse bucket - they should be lined up perfectly. If not, turn the threaded piece on the reverse cable in or out depending. If they ARE lined up correctly, do the same in the other direction.

Then check the long spring that is supposed to be attached to the reverse bucket - it might be 'hung up' on something causing it to be "sprung" all the time...this will constantly pull down on the bucket when it's in the up position.

This is how it should be connected....

Maybe a heads up here....check that your bucket spring is not missing. I was out in some chop, reverse bucket come down at 50...submarined and went over the bars. Climbed back on, noticed the bucket lever in the down position. Put it on the trailer, bucket in 3 pieces and no spring.
