Why do I so not believe that?
Every time I see an "old" car get into it with a new one, the old one always drives away. Happend to me a few times. My old Charger just kept taking the hits.
I bet this was staged to look that way. New>Old

Dang did they have to ruin such a cool old car?

I do many vehicle extrications a year. That video tells you everything about newer vs. older. We have had to upgrade our extrication tools to keep up with the strength of boron steel and other high strength metals. Cars maybe be cheap on the outside but inside all the panels is nothing but high strength metal bars. Boron gets stronger as more force is put on it. Many old hydraulic tools cannot cut Boron. My hydraulic Hurst spreader are about 35,000-40,000lb spreading force and my hurst cutter are between 140,000-190,000lbs of cutting force.

Gota love the fuzzy dice hanging from the mirror of the 59.

Man, that's crazy. I would have never guessed the newer car would do that much better....

I have never seen and old car like that fold up when hit buy a new piece of tin.
The new cars have crumple zone, the old ones had real steel that did not fold up like that.
I still call bullshit on it. I have had and seen too much to believe it.

It just proves that Chevrolet owners still can't manage not to crash into $#&%.
