    Custom Jetski stand

I had some 2" square tubing laying around the basement & decided to weld up a few pieces & make a custom jetski stand (see pics).

Length 5', Height 22" (with swivel wheels), Width 24".

The ski sits on a swivel hinge that'll conform to different hull designs.

Total build time around 3 hours.

Thanks bro. It's extremely sturdy and very comfortable to work on the ski.

Does look good,But....i would certainly weld some cross supports at the top at each end just below the bunks about 4".

You're right....I ran out of 2" square tubing. I'll purchase some pieces during the week and weld it up - a little extra support always helps.

Yea, Who knows, you might have to use it for a larger ski in the future.

+1. You put one of the bigger whales on it and that thing could fall apart.
    Looks great though.

Looks AWESOME, but I would DEFINITELY put some type of support as others have said. Nothing against your skills....but welds wear out over time and its ALWAYS at the wrong time that it happens...an "X" welded brace on each end will act to 'pull' the mounts together to work against the force of the ski 'pushing' them apart. Particularly important in your case since you built it so high...the higher you are from the fulcrum point (weld point) the more force is acting on the moment arm (supports)....

    Nice work.

Well today I purchased a couple pieces of 2" square tubing and welded those supports - made a huge difference. Thanks for the input.
