    Bow roller vs stop 'V'

I need to replace my bow rollers on my double trailer, but the ones I bought from Overtons are WAY to big. Now Im stuck with credit after returning them, and I need to find something to use.

Has anyone ever tried these 'V' shaped stops instead of a roller?

    I towed 2 '06 SD RXTs winched down to a "Y" stop for 3 years w/no problems.

I have and I did not like them. Mine always rolled into the down position. My skis got real close to rubbing on the metal bracket because of this. They never touched but I was always worried.
Go to Academy sports and buy the roller type.

Those look a lot broader (and better) than the ones Overtons has. Ive heard that some flip down on other people as well, so Im going to stay away from these smaller ones.

Yes, mine did flip down from time to time - but I never once touched a bracket. Just some FYI.
