    No, you use a wood block across the top of it and tap it in with a hammer.

    Do you think its safe to use this without stablizing the drive line(i.e. front engine mount or triple bearings) Im hoping it would be.

    I used the SS wear ring for about 30 hours with no issues. Later i had the tripple bearing pump mod done.

    I think if you stabilize the driveline by upgrading to the RR mount then you would probably never have to do the tripple bearing mod.
