    1st of many questions 06 GP1300R

New to this site guys, and for that matter, to the jet ski fraternity!!
Looked around the forums but couldn't track down some info i require. I'm looking to drain the Yamasludge out of my ski and replace it with fully synthetic oil and a new set of plugs (Redline). How do i get the oil out!!!???
And also, just replaced stock handle bars with racing ones, will the water just flow through the exposed opening or is there a few tricks to blocking it off.
    Thanks heaps guys.

    Welcome Slayer.
-You could disconnect the oil tank from the line going to the oil pump, and drain it out. You could ride it until it gets fairly low, and just start filling it up with the new oil. You could siphon it out.
-The NGK's are top notch plugs. Why change?
-Lots of folks do the handlebar change. EDIT: Ah the handlebar hole. I'd plug it if possible, especially if you ride in rough water..

Think i'll drain it out like you said Mark, and we're in the process of designing a cover and plug for the handle bar hole. I work out on a mine so i'll get the workshop guys to manufacture something, keep you posted and cheers for the info!!

ID:	6965These are the Rius bars and R&D Steering column I picked up from WFO. (Rich). Love them. Had to remove all cowling to mount the R&D shaft. Much bigger hub so the Nater bling is not an option. Click image for larger version.

I like that blue R&D Steering column. I like it a lot better than my polished UMI on my 785 Pro.
