    Low end bogging

Sorry I know it has been asked multiple times, but my English is not so good to read through all the threads to find my symptoms, so if you know pls point me to the thread or pls copy info to this one.
I have bogging in my GP1200R 2002 from low to middle range of rpms then it goes all fine, when I cruise at middle range it doesn run evenly, sound is like a car backfires, so I pull choke lever out a bit and it gets better, but it wont be good at high rpm unless I close he choke back to normal.
It is nearly impossible to find knowledgeable mechanic here, so pls advise on what to do.

Have you checked popoff pressure in the carbs? Checked the fuel filter? Those would be good places to start.

I would first try and turn the high speed screws out a little bit and see if that helps.

Just keep track of how much you turn them so you can go back to the original setting.

Where are you located? Maybe send your carbs to Woody or Osidebill for a rebuild. They both know what they are doing as long as they're not hitting the sauce.
