    Stage I ++ 06 RXP speed 77.8 mph

    Riva Stage I + intercooler + RR ECU

    I want to thank Jason (Sandrock) for helping me get this speed.I told him that I wanted to get near 75 mph and keep it reliable,he said (no problem )and set up a kit for me .Today the ski ran 77.5 ,77.7 ,77.8mph .I still have to repitch the prop ,the RPM's are 8520-8560.

    The ride plate is filled ,nose cone is still in the box, no skeggs yet ,getting ready to order the them.

    The RXP has a better holeshot and maybe a better midrange pull than my GPR 1300 for now. The topend is near the same, I have been 78.0 on my GPR ,but it is not as consistant as the RXP. If they were to take off from a dead stop it would be hard for the GPR to catch the RXP.I have a new 1500cc motor Lowell just finished for the GPR,I have got to get my GPR faster.The GPR is mine and the RXP is my wifes,I don't know if I could sleep if my wife outran me .

    Awesome speeds! Definately get some pitch in that prop before you float a valve.

    If you have a stock block I think those RPM's are a little high.

    The rpm is to much but that boat is fast for what you have. Some guys dont think i can get those speeds with just a ECU IC PROP GRATE AIRFILTER AND WEDGE. if they dont think it will do 77 they can come and find out. but your wife is going to beat you a$$ when you run her with the gpr
