Do you know they can be rebuilt?

Polaris no longer has the entire assembly available new.

Sealed MSX through-hull driveshaft bearing assembly PN 1350091
How to check for leaks at the MSX through-hull bearing
Recommended replacement/rebuild of MSX through-hull seals is every 100 hours or 3 years (especially in salt water)
How to remove the MSX drive shaft
How to remove and replace the MSX seals and bearing
Polaris MSX through-hull bearing support carrier rebuild kit is PN 2858113
Generic replacement bearing is a 6205.
    The inner seal is 25 x 52 x 10 (substituted with generic 25x52x7)
The two outer seals are 25x35x10 (substituted with generic 25x35x7)

Opps yup I'm starting to have a need for reading glasses its 35 on the box , I went back and edited my post after having my daughter check it out - had it right # from the invoice

I took the housing down and had my race mechanic press the bearing and seals in this time, before showing him the service update from Polaris I asked him which way the seals should go in, he set them up ready to go in as the update instructions dictates

None of his drive shaft sockets he had would fit the MSX drive shaft, which sticks all of us needing that over $100.00 tool
