    Flush tee question

I've just installed the eng. in my 1993 SL 750 and the cooling rail has no flush fitting. Can and where do I install a flush "T"? Thanks

There should be a brass plug on the cooling rail. Remove the plug, and install the flush fitting in it's place.

That's the problem, the cooling rail on my ski does not have a brass plug and is not threaded for one. It has the casting where one should be but it isn't drilled or tapped. Thanks

If that's the case, the you'll need to install it into the inlet hose and crimp the back (pump) of the hose off when flushing.

Or drill and tap the rail where it should be.

And another thought would be to buy a different cooling rail that has one. Someone like John Zigler would have those for relatively cheap.
