2006 fx ho hole in nano hull!!!!
Can anyone give me advise in repairing a palm size hole in a 06 FXHO do I aproach it like you would repair fiberglass? I have no idea what we hit didnt see or feel a thing !!

Well, I'm not 100% sure but I know that if you posted some pictures that would help a ton. I would consider bringing it to your dealer. I don't know if that is covered by the warranty.

if it's an 06 it's not a nano hull. it's regular smc. repair with fiberglass cloth and EPOXY resin. Epoxy resin is the key. regular resin won't stick. then prime and paint. no gel coat.

you do the nano the same way is what my yamaha rep told me
and nano didnt come out till 08

Thats how they repair it at the shop I visit from time to time. I've seen several of those nano hulls, I think they are crap so does the shop. One guy hit a 2x4 that was in the water at 5 mph and it sliced up his hull ($4500 in repairs). Another guy hit his dock at 5 mph and crushed the entire front end of his ski ($6500 in repairs). I've gone through the woods twice with my gpr, long story, one of the times I even hit a tree, did no damage to my hull whatsoever.
