260X top speed run today.
I finally did a top speed run today.
My Ultra 260X is all stock except for a Riva ride plate.
I was at 3/4 to 7/8 full tank of gas as I just filled up.
Outside temp 105 or so.
Elevation about 400 feet (Colorado River)
70.9 MPH on GPS @ 7780 RPM
I'm pretty happy with the Ultra 260X so far.

Wow What did you get without the Riva rideplate?
Did you have a 250X before?

Sounds like you may have a 3 mph river current to help your speed, YES NO ????????????

It was on the river but in a big body of water.
I was able to get 70.1 mph in one direction and 70.9 mph the other direction.
Water was smooth like glass with no wind.

way to go and think if you do the i/c reroute, add the exhaust and block offs and add 2 degree timing and have impros mod the pump impeller AND add the 1 deg or 2 deg wedge then youll have some really nice speed maybe an additional 3 mph?????? assuming your base oem speed would have been around 68ish as the riva can add UP TO 2mph increase so 73ish willl be sweet if you can attain that speed!!!
