    96 xp turning over week

it will turn over fine for a couple of seconds, after that it sounds like the battery is dead and doesnt turn at all, i changed the starter, and tried 3 different batteries. i know the bendix can cause this, but is there anything else that will make it do this?? i really don't want to change the bendix unless i know thats the problem thanks guys

see what it does without plugs in it for a second. could be some vaper lock from sittin. give each plug hole a little tiny drop of gas in, then throw the plugs back in and try. let me know. had it happen during the humid summer when I had not rode the ski for a few weeks, guess thats why its always good to fog if it sits a while.

Check you ground wire for corrosion under the heat shrink tubing at the crimp connector under the engine. It is probably corroded and gets hot after initial use, then, no longer allows current to flow.

Had too much resistance in my starter solenoid in the watertight electrical box. You can do a voltage drop test to confirm.
